1. Rate includes car with driver and fuel.
2. Time & Kilometers will be calculated from Office to Office basis.
3. Reading Kilometer, timings & parking fees to be checked and confirmed thoroughly by the passenger before signing the duty slip.
4. Outstation Use: Day means calendar day. After 12 midnight it will counted as next day and will be charged.
5. Rates do not include parking, toll, interstate taxes, etc. It will be charged as per actual.
6. For Outstation trips, driver charges will be Rs. 200 per day basis and Rs. 100 night retention charges per night stay.
7. Waiting time can be maximum of 1 hr from the pickup time. After that Rs 100/hr charge will be applied.
8. AC will be switched off in hilly areas
9. For Local trips driver charges will be charged for usage of car after 10 PM or before 6.30 AM @ Rs.200/-
10. You are not allowed to take pets inside the
car.
11. Luggage in car at passenger's risk and will strictly not allowed in the cabins.
12. GST will be charged at as per norms subject to change as per notification from Government of India.
13. Minimum time for reservation is 24 hrs. 14. Cancellation before 12 hours from the reporting time will not be charged.
